2016 interns
During the summer internship I learned working with others can be difficult at times and that kids do not listen and will test your patience. My goal is be to focus on the present moment and not what is coming next.

I’m so glad I was able to intern for CryOut! I got to work with some amazing people and make new friends. This internship is one of the best, because no matter what happens we still come together as a family. I just want to say thank you to CryOut! because I got new family members.

Being an intern at CryOut! was my first job and it was fun. We did have some down falls as a team but got it back going. I worked with Incredible people who helped me out a lot this summer. You got to stay focused, even if you don’t like someone you are working with you still have to get the job done. a second thing I learned was that you always have be prepared and on time. but other than that it was fun to work them all.

I have done the internship for two years now and each year I learn something new. This year was a learning experience because I was able to participate in the EMP summer program. CryOut! supported me by providing me with the resources to perfect my craft.

My internship experience was great! As an Event Manager I had to work with the City of Renton to submit permits and secure the event space. The first part of the summer I spent doing a summer camp for younger kids. Being around the kids was a learning experience. It taught me how to have more patience and also to deal with the individuality of each child. For the concert portion of the internship I learned how to work with others in a team dynamic.
